The King County Hospitals for a Healthier community, a collaborative of 11 hospitals and health systems including Public Health — Seattle & King County recently released its 2024/2-25 King County Community Health Needs Assessments report. The report points out that high rates of chronic illness and lack of access to health care likely account for the vast differences in life expectancy between different communities.
